Erin Hughes has a diverse work history. Erin started their career at Angel Fire Resort as a Rental Shop Manager in November 1994. Erin then worked at Carolina Auto Body as a General Manager from September 1995 to July 2009. Following this, they joined Creation Ministries International in 2008, initially as the Chief Executive Officer. In the same year, they also became the Head of Events for the US division of Creation Ministries International.
