Tetiana Korzh has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tetiana started their career as an English Language Teacher at Meridian in 2013 and subsequently worked as an English Tutor in a private capacity from 2015 to 2017. In 2016, they briefly served as an English Language Teacher at Langland.
In 2017, Tetiana took up the role of a Monitor at OsTilos for six months. Following this, they joined Gameloft in 2018 as a Customer Care representative, where they provided support to customers by identifying and solving problems using dedicated web tools. Tetiana was responsible for managing web tools and maintaining a record of each customer case.
After their tenure at Gameloft, Tetiana worked as a Customer Success Manager at FluentPro Software Corporation from 2018 to 2021. During this time, they played a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
In 2021, they transitioned to Yalantis as a Customer Success Manager, where they continued to excel in managing customer relationships and ensuring their success. Finally, in 2022, Tetiana joined Creatio as a Partner Success Manager, where they are currently responsible for managing successful partnerships.
Tetiana Korzh completed their Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Education from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University for the period of 2012 to 2016. Tetiana then pursued their Master's degree in Education and Foreign Languages at the same university from 2016 to 2018.
