Sharon Goff-McCue, CHRL, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic management across various organizations. At CreateTO, from January 2018 to the present, Sharon served as Director of Human Resources, overseeing comprehensive HR services as well as facility and administrative management. Previously, at Build Toronto from May 2012 to December 2017, Sharon held the position of Director of Human Resources & Administrative Services, managing HR, Compensation and Benefits, and IT services. Sharon's career began at Goodmans LLP, where, from 1996 to May 2012, responsibilities included various HR management roles, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and team leadership.
