Svetlana Ugrinov is an experienced software engineer currently serving as a Data Engineer and Lead Developer for the Pax Misconnex stream within the Operational Decision Support Suite at Swiss International Air Lines since July 2021. In this role, Svetlana focuses on optimizing daily flight operations using machine learning and operational research on the Google Cloud Platform. Concurrently, Svetlana holds a position at enjoy.ing and previously worked as a .NET Developer at msg global solutions and as a software engineer at The Post of Serbia, contributing to the Register of the Republic of Serbia's system enhancements. Svetlana holds a Master's degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, both from the Faculty of Organisational Sciences.
