Stephane Le Roux is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social and patrimonial protection, currently serving as the Directeur des outre-mer at AG2R LA MONDIALE since September 2011. In this role, Stephane oversees the management and coordination of 11 overseas teams across various regions including La Réunion, Mayotte, and New Caledonia. Additionally, Stephane has held various leadership positions at AG2R LA MONDIALE, focusing on commercial project direction and partner policy implementation. Since June 2014, Stephane has also been a member of the advisory council at Créalia Occitanie, supporting innovative startups through financing initiatives. Early in career, Stephane served as Director of Training at Arfatec, focusing on the development of training programs for the long-term unemployed. Educational qualifications include a degree from EDC Paris Business School and a BTS in marketing and distribution operations from Lycée Washington Le Mans.
