Arvetta Jideonwo, MHA, CSSGB, CFRE, currently serves as Head of Social Impact and Executive Director of CREA Foundation at CREA, LLC, overseeing corporate philanthropy, volunteerism, and community engagement for a leading financial firm focused on affordable housing. As an Adjunct Faculty Member at the IU Lilly Family School of Philanthropy since 2014, Jideonwo provides guidance to non-profit leaders using globally recognized curricula. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director of the Bosma Visionary Opportunities Foundation, Vice President of Development at Project Lead The Way, and Director of Grant Development at Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana. Jideonwo holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Health Administration and a Non-Profit Executive Leadership Certificate from Harvard Kennedy School, along with ongoing studies in Non-Profit Leadership.
