Edith Mwiyombela, Assoc. CIPD, serves as the Senior Manager of Talent Development and Acting Head of Learning and Development at CRDB Bank Plc since March 2020. Additionally, Edith holds a board member position at ICCAO Tanzania, a youth-led non-profit organization focused on youth development and gender advocacy. During a decade-long tenure at NMB Bank Plc, from September 2009 to March 2020, roles included Learning and Development Manager for both the Head Office and Branch Network, emphasizing training content development, diversity and inclusion programs, and talent management. Early career experience includes a role as an Educator at Aga Khan Education Service from November 2008 to August 2009. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Science with Education from the University of Dar es Salaam, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from The Institute of Finance Management, a Certification in Learning and Development from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, and various specialized programs including a forthcoming Leaders of Learning Course from Harvard University.
