Ebenezer Shayo is a telecommunications engineering graduate from the University of Dodoma, with a solid background in digital channels systems and technical support in the banking sector. Currently serving as a Specialist in Digital Channels Systems at CRDB Bank Plc since May 2022, Ebenezer oversees the implementation and daily support of a variety of digital banking platforms, including Internet Banking and Mobile Banking. Prior to this role, Ebenezer worked at KCB Bank Tanzania as an IT Digital Channels Specialist, where responsibilities included supporting digital channel applications and project implementation. Previous experience also includes roles as an RF Planning Engineer at Huawei Technologies and internships at TTCL and Tanzania Ports Authority focused on telecommunications and ICT.
