Jeroen Janssen has worked in the customer experience industry since 2005. Jeroen started as a part-time Retail-Manager and Personal Tailor at Suitsupply in 2005, and then moved to Amsterdam in 2012 to become Marketing & CRM Manager at Oger Fashion. In 2011, they co-founded JERJAN and was the Customer Experience Director, and then in 2013 they became a Senior Strategy Consultant CRM & Customer Experience at Capgemini Invent. In 2016, they were the Director Customer Experience at Jumbo Supermarkten, and in 2017 they became the Director/ VP Customer Experience at Dollar Shave Club. In 2020, they co-founded The Customer Experience Agency (TCXA) and also founded Crazy About Eggs.
Jeroen Janssen began their educational journey in 2004 when they earned a BSc in Cognitive Psychology and Psycholinguistics from Maastricht University. Jeroen then continued their studies at the same university, earning an MSc in The Human Adoption of Technology & AI in 2009. In 2017, Jeroen Janssen enrolled in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they obtained a degree in AI implications for business strategy in 2018. In 2014, Jeroen Janssen also obtained a Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant from Salesforce.
