Nina Theresa Janorschke

Nina Theresa Janorschke has extensive experience in the field of human resources and has worked for multiple companies throughout their career. Nina Theresa started their career as a working student in Human Resources at Intel Deutschland GmbH in 2016, where they focused on learning and development. Nina Theresa then joined Novartis International AG in 2009, where they worked in various roles, including Human Resources for Novartis International. Nina Theresa also worked as a Human Resources Associate in the Group Integrity & Compliance department, where they were responsible for global compliance e-training evaluation and tracking. Later, they worked as a Human Resources for Novartis International in talent management. In 2011, Nina joined Crayon, where they held various roles, including Talent Acquisition Manager, Human Resources Manager - Germany, Human Resources & Marketing Manager, and Director of Human Resources & Marketing. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of People & Culture at Crayon. Throughout their career, Nina has gained experience in personnel development, employee performance reviews, employee surveys, sourcing and recruiting, onboarding and offboarding activities, compliance policies, labor law, administrative tasks, and event organization. Nina Theresa also conducted a research study on "Workplace 4.0" as part of their master's degree.

Nina Theresa Janorschke obtained their Abitur degree from Hans-Thoma-Gymnasium Lörrach in an unspecified year. Nina Theresa then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology from Hochschule Fresenius, which they completed in 2016.
