Maravilla Franco has extensive experience in technical support and administration, currently serving as Assistant Team Lead and Microsoft 365 Ambassador at rhipe, responsible for Exchange support, account management, and Office 365 migrations for external clients. Previously held positions include O365 Administrator at SHORE Solutions Inc. and Service Desk Analyst at Concentrix, with a focus on advanced technical support for Apple IOS products. Maravilla's early career at TELUS involved roles as a Security Analyst and Back-up UNIX Admin, providing system access and support for employees globally. Maravilla also gained experience as a Technical Support representative at Convergys, assisting customers with networking device configurations. Maravilla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
