Previously, Steve held various leadership roles at companies such as McCormick & Company, The Mentholatum Company, Nintendo of America, The Clorox Company, Whitehall Robins, and Nabisco. Steve holds an MBA from Xavier University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Miami University.
