Jerry Bollinger, PE, PTOE, RSP1, currently serves as the Aviation Group Manager at Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, where responsibilities include overseeing the Kansas City aviation design team to ensure optimal resource allocation and support for aviation clients in western Missouri and Kansas. With experience as a Project Manager and Traffic Engineer at the same firm, Jerry has also contributed as a Senior Engineer and Engineer within various departments, including Surface Transportation and Aviation. Additionally, Jerry holds a position as a Tennis Official with the United States Tennis Association and previously worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Purdue University, focusing on traffic impact analysis. Early career roles included coaching middle school tennis and interning with the South Dakota Department of Transportation and the South Dakota Department of Game, Fish & Parks. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering specializing in Transportation from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from South Dakota Mines.
