Theresa Sheer, MSN RN, currently serves as the Chief Nursing Officer at Crawford County Memorial Hospital since August 2023. Previously, Theresa held the position of Nursing Manager at Kaiser Permanente from July 2019 to August 2023 and was an Interim Nurse Manager at THAXTON Interim Leadership, focusing on Maternal Child Health at Kaiser-Antioch, CA. Theresa also gained experience as a Travel RN with Accountable Healthcare Staffing between November 2016 and November 2017, enhancing skills in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn Nursery. From January 2007 to November 2016, Theresa was the RN Director at Marshalltown Medical & Surgical Center, responsible for overseeing operations in Labor and Delivery and Postpartum units. Education credentials include a Master of Science in Clinical Nurse Leadership from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Briar Cliff University.
