Larry Milburn has extensive experience in loss adjusting and operations management, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Crawford & Company since January 2021. Milburn has been with Crawford & Company since January 1991, holding various positions including Vice President, Managing Director, and Tri-State Service Center Manager, where responsibilities included recruiting, coaching, and evaluating staff performance. Prior roles encompass Vice President of the Northeast Region, Managing Director, Branch Manager, Casualty Supervisor, and Multi-line Claims Adjuster. Larry Milburn holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and completed the CEO's Strategic Leadership Institute at Emory University - Goizueta Business School.
