Eva Mayberry, SCLA, is a seasoned professional with experience in operations, claims, and policy advising. Eva currently holds the title of VP, CAT Operations at Crawford & Company since April 2024. Prior to this, Eva served as a Business Process Consultant Lead at USAA, where Eva also held positions such as Director of Claims Operations, Lead Policy Advisor, and Senior Policy Advisor. Eva holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University and an Associate of Arts in Business from Colorado Technical University.
