Thomas Shahan has extensive experience in the surveying industry, holding various titles such as Survey Project Manager, Survey Manager for FDOT Projects, Project Surveyor, Survey Technician, and Survey Party Chief throughout their career. Thomas has worked for companies such as Craven Thompson & Associates, Inc., Carnahan, Proctor & Cross, and Winningham & Lively Inc. Shahan is skilled in a wide range of survey projects including ALTA Surveys, Plats, FEMA Elevation Certificates, Boundary Surveys, and Topographic Surveys. Thomas completed their education at Deerfield Beach High School.
