Laura Kastner is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in commercial leadership and technology mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Crate to Plate, an urban vertical farming company, Laura oversees operations utilizing hydroponic and aeroponic technology to supply fresh leafy greens to London's restaurants and grocery stores. Previously, Laura held the position of Vice President for Technology M&A at Stifel Financial Corp., where over 20 transactions were successfully advised, primarily in the software sector. Prior to that role, Laura was an Associate at Mooreland Partners, a Corporate Finance Analyst at Deloitte, and held internships at Deutsche Bank and Deloitte, along with student employee positions at Bosch Rexroth and Siemens. Laura holds an MS in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bath and a BA in Economics from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, complemented by a study abroad experience in International Business at Hawaii Pacific University.
