Sarah Bayliss works for investment banks in the City and in Tokyo; now works in the voluntary sector, having previously been a member of the Independent Monitoring Board for 15 years at HMP Send (Chair 2012-2014) she now works for the charity The Nazareth Way which supports the work of prison chaplaincies in Surrey.
