Kellie Lacabanne is an accomplished human resources leader, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Crane Aerospace & Electronics since June 2019. In this role, Kellie partners with senior leadership to shape the strategic direction of human resources across eight international sites, overseeing talent selection, performance management, and legal compliance. Prior to this, Kellie held the position of HR Director at TA Aerospace and spent over 13 years at Esterline Technologies Corporation in various HR roles, including HR Program Manager and HRIS Analyst. Kellie holds a B.A. and B.S. in Business Management and Organizational Communication from the University of Montana.
