Tom Dibley has a solid work history with experience in logistics and operations. Tom started their career in 2010 at Oceanteam Logistics as an Operations Executive and worked there until June 2012. From July 2012 to July 2013, they served as an Import Agent at Malca-Amit. Tom then joined GAC Group in 2013 and held various roles, including Livestock Senior Operations Co-ordinator, Aerospace Operations Co-ordinator, and eventually Operations Supervisor from January 2018 to November 2019. Since November 2019, Tom has been working at Crane Worldwide Logistics, where they started as a Time Critical Team Leader and is currently serving as an Operations Team Lead for Import/Export.

Tom Dibley attended Strodes College from 2001 to 2003 and Magna Carta from 1996 to 2001. Tom has also obtained a certification in Level D Aviation Security.
