Kevin Carr serves as Assistant General Counsel at Crane NXT since September 2024. Previously, Kevin held multiple senior roles at Excelitas Technologies Corp. from March 2013 to October 2024, including Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel and General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary. Kevin's earlier experience includes positions at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems as Contracts Manager and Sr. Supply Chain Specialist Material Product Lead, as well as roles at VSEA and Cingular Wireless. Kevin earned a JD from Massachusetts School of Law, an MBA from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, and a BA from Saint Anselm College.
