Dillon Ashton Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community development, compliance analysis, and marketing communications. Currently serving as the Director of Development for Horizons-Upward Bound at Cranbrook Educational Community since March 2024, Dillon has previously worked as a Compliance Analyst for the City of Detroit's Civil Rights, Inclusion & Opportunity (CRIO) office, where communication with developers and promoting workforce equality were key responsibilities. Recognized nationally as a BMe Vanguard, Dillon received a $10,000 grant for community work focused on creative expression and storytelling. With a strong background in community engagement from roles at Eastside Community Network and Challenge Detroit, Dillon has also directed youth programs at Second Ebenezer Church and The Salvation Army, significantly increasing participation and outreach. Dillon holds a Bachelor's degree in Recording Arts from Full Sail University.
