Christelle Garcia has extensive experience in the field of occupational health and prevention of professional disintegration, currently serving at OSTRA - Objectif Santé Travail since 2001 in various leadership roles including Responsable de la Cellule de Prévention de la Désinsertion Professionnelle and Responsable du Service Social et Conseil en Maintien en Emploi. Additional responsibilities have included coordinating the Médicales Secrétaires team and functioning as a Chargée de mission en Maintien en Emploi. Since November 2021, Christelle Garcia has also been an occasional trainer in the area of professional disintegration prevention at Cramif. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Psychology specializing in Occupational Psychology from INETOP/CNAM Paris and a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Université de Paris X, Nanterre.
