Michelle shares her deep business acumen with clients through individual coaching, speaking, and large-scale consulting engagements. She also provides interim executive leadership for companies ranging from finance to technology, large and small.

Michelle’s work has taken her all over the globe where she has done equally diverse work: executive coaching, change management, post-merger integration, strategic planning, team building, and operational excellence, among others.

Prior to starting her coaching and consulting practice 20+ years ago, Michelle was a Vice President at Bank of America managing a team of 300+ people. Michelle lives in Los Angeles where she is a dedicated community servant and an avid athlete.
