Brant Hummel is Sr. Director at Google and an Associate in CRA’s Leadership Practice. Brant provides counsel to senior leaders in a variety of industries including Financial Services, High Tech, Pharmaceutical, Hospitality, and Energy among others. Brant has advised many organizations and individuals through complex business, technology, and personal change. He provides mentorship and coaching for individuals and teams specifically as they face inflection points involving leadership, communication, performance management, talent management, personal growth, and sustainability. A sampling of his recent clients includes executives at Home Depot, Target, Wayfair, General Mills, Soros Fund Management, Dell, Barrick Gold, and Praxair. He also has experience advising firms in startup and early stages of investment and growth.

Prior to joining Google, Brant was a managing director in CRA’s Leadership Practice for ~3 years. Preceding CRA, Brant was a Sr. Director and Field CIO at Dell Technologies where he recruited and led a team of C-level executives. His team led clients in building and executing complex change programs across business and technology spectrums. Early in his career, Brant spent 10 years building a technology consulting firm culminating in a sale of the firm to OSISoft.
