Andrew Rivera is a Data Analyst at Craftmade International since May 2022, with previous experience as a Customer Service Representative at National Life Group where workflow inefficiencies were identified and improved upon. At National Life Group, responsibilities included assisting clients with life and annuity policies and training new hires. Prior experience includes working as an Independent Driver for Uber Rideshare, where exceptional service and knowledge of the Dallas-Fort Worth area were demonstrated, and serving as a Personal Assistant at Infinity Personal Training, showcasing strong time management and communication skills. Andrew holds an Associate of Science in General Studies from Collin County Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience from The University of Texas at Dallas.
