Heidi Kugel has been employed at Cracker Barrel since June 2004, where Heidi holds the position of Manager. Prior to this role, Heidi worked as a Beverage Manager at AT&T Stadium from November 2010 to September 2018. Heidi has obtained two Associates of Arts degrees, one from Tarrant County College and another from Middlesex Community.
