Donnie Smith is an experienced culinary professional with a background in management and kitchen operations. Currently serving as Team Lead Manager at Ted's Montana Grill since August 2022, Donnie previously worked as a Line Chef at Red Lobster from April 2018 to July 2021 and as a Chef at Darden from February 2008 to March 2020. Donnie holds an Associate's degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, where studies were completed from January 2020 to December 2022.
