Tim Hailstock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the credit and collections industry, currently serving as a Senior Consultant and EDI Lead at C&R Software since July 2021. Prior to this role, Tim worked at FICO for over eight years, first as a Lead Consultant and ED&I Lead, and earlier as a Sr. Client Delivery Manager. Their career includes significant positions at Citi as Vice President, and at NAREX, Inc. as Account Manager. Tim began their career in management roles at Washington Mutual Finance, PNC, and SEARS. Academically, Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Wake Forest University and two MBA degrees from Pfeiffer University.
