who we need . . .

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Business Manager to lead and grow our Managed Service Program. You will be responsible for the overall strategy, execution, and profitability of this critical business line. This role requires a blend of leadership, business acumen, and technical expertise to ensure we deliver exceptional service and value to our clients.

what we need you to do . . .Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the Managed Service Program, exceeding revenue, and profitability targets.

  • Lead a high-performing team of program managers, project managers and technical experts.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring our service offerings remain at the forefront of the localization industry.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, exceeding expectations and driving program adoption.

  • Manage all aspects of the program's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies, identifying new opportunities to expand service offerings with manage service model.

  • Oversee all aspects of program delivery, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to industry best practices.

  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes and driving cost-effectiveness.

  • Lead client meetings and provide all reporting on business unit

  • Create a culture of excellence, ensuring exceptional client service and exceeding client expectations.

  • Represent the MSP division to execute leadership and stakeholders, providing strategic direction and insights.

what we want you to have . . .

  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within the localization industry, life sciences experience is a plus.

  • Strong leadership skills, experiencing in coaching and managing

  • Ability to develop systems and processes using a metrics-based methodology

  • Proven track record of growing and managing a profitable business unit.

  • Understanding of the managed services landscape, current market trends, and emerging technologies.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution, Masters or MBA a plus

  • Verbal and written fluency in a foreign language a plus
