Yen Swift is a District Crown Prosecutor at the Crown Prosecution Service, a position held since September 2007, where leadership includes managing a team of lawyers and serving as the Hate Crime lead for the London South Magistrates Team. Prior roles within the Crown Prosecution Service include remote management of over 200 lawyers and direct oversight of 12 individual lawyers, as well as advocacy in the Magistrates Courts for various criminal cases. Yen Swift began the career as a Caseworker (2000-2005) and advanced to Crown Prosecutor (2006-2007). Yen Swift holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Leicester, obtained between 1997 and 2000.
