Lilia Guerrero Carpenter has extensive experience in various analytical and managerial roles, including a current position as Product Analyst 4 in Technology & Product Innovation at CPS Energy. Prior roles include Board Relations Manager and Senior Economic Development Specialist for the City of San Antonio, as well as positions in management analysis and cash management at WTNY and AT&T. Lilia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University and recently completed a postgraduate program in Data Science and Business Analytics at The University of Texas at Austin.
