Kevin Greene, Jr. is an experienced program project manager and educator with a strong background in leadership development and academic program management. Currently serving at CPS Energy since May 2022, Kevin Greene, Jr. leads program management initiatives, tracks metrics, and collaborates with various business areas to enhance employee experience. Prior experience includes managing academic programs at UT Health San Antonio, where effective internal controls and program curricula were developed, and serving as Community Engagement Support Manager at the University of the Incarnate Word, fostering partnerships with community organizations. Earlier roles in academic support at Northside ISD and teaching at San Antonio ISD further demonstrated expertise in instructional design and curriculum implementation. Kevin Greene, Jr. holds a Master's in Education with a focus on Educational Leadership and Administration from Concordia University Texas.
