Jeffrey Harper, CPM, PPMC, is an experienced leader in change management with a strong background in overseeing large-scale initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Change Management at CPS Energy since January 2023, Jeffrey drives efficiencies and strategic direction for impactful change management policies. Previously, as Director of Strategic Change at USAA, Jeffrey was responsible for similar initiatives and also held the position of Enterprise Senior Change Management Advisor, providing expert guidance across multiple business lines. Jeffrey has owned and managed consulting firms, focusing on operational performance improvements and training, and has experience in program management with Confluence Technologies. With a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Jeffrey's diverse expertise spans several industries, including technology and telecommunications.
