James Mitchell is a Microsoft 365 Consultant at WM Reply, a position held since July 2021, following a role as a Graduate O365 Consultant. Previously, James gained valuable experience at Bank of America from June 2019 to June 2020 as a placement student in Tech Infrastructure, allowing engagement in multiple roles to deepen understanding of the sector. Additionally, James contributed to volunteer initiatives, including work with Canal & River Trust and the Honeypot Charity Skills Exchange Project, which involved designing a digital platform for young carers. James also participated in Toastmasters, achieving recognition for public speaking skills. Early work experience includes positions as a Checkout Assistant at IKEA and a Co-worker at McDonald's. James holds a degree from The University of Manchester, earned between 2017 and 2021.
