Sarah van Afferden has a diverse background in human resources and recruitment, beginning with an apprenticeship as Sozialversicherungsfachangestellte at BKK Novitas from August 2013 to July 2016. Following this experience, Sarah served as an HR Recruiting Assistant at KÖTTER Personal Service GmbH & Co. KG from September 2017 to June 2018.
