Kathy Mooney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations and accounts receivable management. Currently serving as a Customer Operations Manager at CPO Commerce since July 2021, Kathy has previously held positions in customer experience and program management at FOX Factory and OmniMax International, Inc. Over a decade at OmniMax, responsibilities included overseeing customer service initiatives, managing product line projects, and leading a team of customer care representatives. Additional experience includes roles in accounts receivable management and analysis at Vanity Fair Brands and NC MEC USA. Kathy holds an Associate degree in Business from Gainesville State College and completed coursework at Truett McConnell University.
