Sarah Harris, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Human Resources Manager at CPI Card Group starting January 2024. Previously, Sarah held multiple roles at Tallgrass Energy from March 2015 to January 2024, including Coach & Talent Development Partner, Senior HR Business Partner, and Human Resources Representative. Earlier experience includes HR Lead at IES from April 2012 to March 2015, where responsibilities encompassed high volume recruiting, employee relations, and compliance with DOL record-keeping requirements. Additionally, Sarah worked as an HR Generalist at Ludvik Electric Co. and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Ameristar Casino and Resort. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
