Isis Hidalgo is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Senior Talent Acquisition at CPFL Energia since May 2021. In this role, Isis manages the recruitment processes for strategic areas, handling tasks from job conception to the admission process, including competency-based interviews and psychological testing. Prior to this, Isis held various positions at FUNCAMP - Fundação de Desenvolvimento da Unicamp from February 2009 to February 2021, including Supervisor of Recruitment and Selection, where responsibilities included managing recruitment for all areas and overseeing selection processes, as well as working as an Organizational Psychologist focusing on competency mapping and integration of new employees. Isis also has experience as a Junior HR Analyst, beginning a career in recruitment and selection. Educational qualifications include a specialization in Human Potential Development from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, an English course from LSI Canada, a management program from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, and a degree in Psychology from Faculdade de Americana.
