Kiera Waters is a skilled professional with a background in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) analysis and data management. Currently serving as a Technical Officer at CDP since July 2023, Kiera previously held the position of ESG Analyst at All Street, where extensive research was conducted on ESG risk factors. Prior experience includes roles as a Support Analyst at AXA Health, where daily reporting metrics were generated, and as a Placement with the JBA Trust, analyzing weather station bias using R. Kiera began a career in data entry at Edge Analytics and gained research experience at the University of Leeds, alongside customer service and leadership roles at Waitrose & Partners and Weald of Kent Grammar School. Kiera holds a BSc Hons in Geography with Environmental Mathematics from the University of Leeds.
