Mickey Morris is a skilled manufacturing manager with extensive experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Manufacturing Manager at CPC - Colder Products Company since October 2024, Mickey previously held the position of Production Manager at Minnetronix, Inc. from October 2022 to July 2024. Prior roles include Sr. Production Supervisor at Boston Scientific (January 2017 - October 2022) and Operational Excellence Engineer at AstraZeneca and Bristol-Myers Squibb (February 2014 - January 2017 and August 2012 - January 2014, respectively). Mickey began the career at Amylin Pharmaceuticals in various engineering roles, including Process Excellence. Additionally, Mickey served as a Captain in both the Ohio Army National Guard and the US Army, after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and earning a Master of Business Administration from Miami University.
