Michelle Kohman is currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at CPC - Colder Products Company since January 2024. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Human Resources Generalist at Cibus and Calyxt from June 2023 to January 2024 and February 2022 to June 2023, respectively. Prior to these positions, Michelle held the title of Human Resources Manager at Pace Industries, LLC, and worked as a Sr. Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist at GAF from April 2019 to January 2022. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Representative and Human Resources Representative at Dominium from April 2014 to March 2019, along with an internship in Human Resources. Michelle earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Metro State University between 2012 and 2014 and holds an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Culinary Arts from Hennepin Technical College from 2010 to 2012.
