Dylan Osiecki has extensive experience in engineering and sales, currently serving as an Applications Engineer at CPC - Colder Products Company since July 2024. Previous roles include Manufacturing Engineer at rms Company, Sales Engineer at Dynamic Sealing Technologies, Inc, and Director of Inside Sales at Infor, where significant contributions included developing a career advancement track and leading a leadership development program. Earlier experience includes handling applications engineering at TSI Incorporated, improving manufacturing processes at UTC Aerospace Systems, and managing project portfolios as a Systems Integration Analyst at Accenture. Dylan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Math from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
