Julie Lavaux is a highly experienced psychologist currently working at the Centre Public d'Action Sociale de Charleroi since April 2023. Previous roles include serving as a trainer and supervisor at RTA from September 2022 to August 2023, providing training and team supervision in the youth aid sector. Julie's extensive background includes over a decade at Croix-Rouge de Belgique as a psychologist and family therapist, focusing on therapeutic follow-up for asylum seekers, and creating tools for reception teams and residents. Earlier experience includes psychological support for unaccompanied minors at Fedasil and AICHA, along with social coaching for migrants.
