Beth Bellor has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Beth began their career as a reporter and photographer at Township Times in Saginaw, MI in 1988. Beth then worked as a new media editor at Midland Daily News from 1989 to 2008, where they launched new media offerings and handled news and ethical questions.
In 2008, they became an editor at AGP & Associates, Inc. before transitioning to Valley Publishing in 2009. At Valley Publishing, they served as a copy editor, page designer, and member of the Internet strategy team, where they edited copy, designed pages, and managed social media.
In 2012, Beth joined MLive Media Group as a city and county government reporter for a short period. Beth also worked as a freelance editor at Masterpieces Ltd. from 2012 to 2019, taking on various editing projects.
In 2013, they joined CPA Trendlines as a senior editor, researcher, and production director. Currently, Beth is working at Windover High School as an English and special education teacher since 2019. Beth'sexperience showcases their strong editorial skills, media expertise, and versatility in different roles.
Beth Bellor obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree from Saginaw Valley State University in 1988, with a major in English and a minor in music. Prior to this, they attended North Hardin High School in Radcliff, KY from 1979 to 1981 and then Midland High School in Midland, MI from 1981 to 1982. In 2019, Beth enrolled in Saginaw Valley State University once again, this time pursuing a Master of Arts in Teaching with a focus on Special Education. Beth completed this program in 2022, concurrently earning an endorsement in Learning Disabilities. Additionally, in 2018, they obtained a teaching certificate through the ACR program at Saginaw Valley State University, specializing in secondary education.
