Jennifer Johnson has over 20 years of experience in electrical engineering, project management, and teaching. Their most recent role is as a Program Manager at Canyon AeroConnect, where they managed multiple projects and budgets while bringing diverse teams together to achieve common goals. Prior to that, they worked for five years at Cobham Aerospace Connectivity/Canyon Aeroconnect as an Electrical Engineering Focal/Project Engineer, and before that as an Electrical Engineer for Cobham Aerospace Connectivity, where they were responsible for circuit development, design, simulation, and documentation. Jennifer has also worked at Yavapai College as an Instructor in 2013-2014 and at Wulfsberg Electronics/Chelton Aerospace/Cobham Avionics, where they served as an Electrical Engineering Contractor. Jennifer began their career at Wulfsberg Electronics, where they worked for four years as an Electrical Engineer responsible for troubleshooting and resolving production issues, managing obsolescence of aging product lines, and designing circuits for power supplies, RF power amplifiers, synthesizer and receiver circuits, digital design, and power management. Additionally, Jennifer has hands-on experience in emergency medical services, having worked as an Emergency Medical Technician for Lifeline Ambulance. Jennifer's most recent role is as Director of Engineering at CP North America, starting in 2023.

Jennifer Johnson earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University between the years 1996 and 2000. In 2023, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
