Sushavan Mandal is an experienced professional currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Cozentus since July 2021, previously holding the role of Senior Operations Officer. Sushavan began a career in software development at ESSPL, progressing from Software Engineer Trainee in May 2019, to Associate Software Developer, and then to Software Developer until October 2021. Sushavan obtained an undergraduate degree in Information Technology from Ravenshaw University between 2016 and 2019, and completed a High School Diploma in Information Technology at Christ College, Cuttack, from 2013 to 2015. Early education was completed at Cambridge School Cuttack.
