Jeannette Aucoin is a Partner at Clark Wilson LLP, specializing in family law, fertility law, and reproductive technology law since May 2018. Prior to this role, Jeannette served as an Associate at Kahn Zack Ehrlich Lithwick LLP from June 2015 to May 2018, where involvement in the case Mayer v. Umabao, 2016 BCSC 506 (CanLII) was noted. Jeannette completed articles at Thompson Rivers University in 2015, during which participation in the BC Court of Appeal Competitive Moot resulted in a first-place finish, focusing on privacy and tort law.
