Eugene Giotto is an accomplished attorney with over 35 years of experience in various areas of law, including health care, medical and nursing home litigation, industrial explosions, catastrophic injury, toxic torts, general and premises liability, commercial and business litigation, product liability, and insurance coverage. Currently serving as an attorney at Cozen O'Connor since May 2017, Eugene has previously held attorney positions at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, Klett Rooney Lieber & Schorling, and Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote. Eugene holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University and has a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Labor and Industrial Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, along with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Labor Studies from Penn State University.
